Terms & Conditions

The Platform enables a range of services for India's manufacturing community:

• Registration as a customer or supplier on the Indust platform.
• Posting requirements with full details such as description, quantity, category, and location.
• Supplier matching, direct connections, and deal closure tools.
• Subscription plans with tiered access to features and visibility.

• Must be a legal entity or authorized representative in manufacturing (Tier 1–3, MSMEs).
• Provide accurate registration information; false or misleading data may lead to account suspension.
• Suppliers must verify their capabilities; we reserve the right to reject unverified profiles.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

All users are expected to maintain high standards of conduct on the Platform:

• Comply with applicable laws including the IT Act and DPDP Act
• Post truthful requirements and accurate supplier profiles
• Respect intellectual property rights — no copyright/trademark infringement
• Secure your own transactions; we are not liable for disputes
• No spam, fraudulent activity, or illegal content
• No harassment or targeting of other users
• No unauthorized access or attempts to breach the Platform
• No uploading of malware or harmful code

• Auto-renewal: Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime via your account settings.
• Secure payments: All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
• Taxes: GST and other applicable taxes apply to all transactions. Prices may be updated with prior notice to users.
• Free access: A free trial or basic access tier is available. Upgrades to paid plans are required to unlock full features and visibility.

• Platform content: All logos, features, software, and design elements of the Platform are our exclusive property and are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive basis for use.
• User content: Profiles, postings, and other content you submit remain your property. By posting, you grant us a royalty-free license to host, display, and use your content for Platform purposes.
• No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
• Report infringements: To report any intellectual property infringements, contact us at contact@indust.in.

• Ownership retained: You retain ownership of all content you submit, but grant us the rights to use it for matching and service delivery.
• Content moderation: We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
• No warranties on accuracy: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content.

• By us: We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, inactivity exceeding 6 months, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• By you: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through account settings. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
• Post-termination: Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Platform "as is": The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or results.
• No liability for deals: We are not liable for any user transactions, business losses, or direct/indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure outages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indust (Muthuraj EXIM), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Platform.
• Any content you post, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Indust (Muthuraj EXIM) with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
